A software engineer designed and patented (pending) a new suitcase with integrated shelves. He reached out for help when traction for his product began to pick up and he was losing sales.
The current site was done on a startup shoestring and with little concern for actually selling products or dealing with mobile website traffic. I conducted a site audit, initial user surveys, migrated Ken from a manual to an automated product fulfillment process and launched the new website in time for a mention on ABC's FabLife TV show.
The influx of traffic allowed collecting heatmaps and visitor recordings to fine tune the conversion process. Subsequent feedback polls and surveys informed additional changes to improve conversion. Conversion rate more than doubled in the first 30 days and analysis continues.
In 2021 Ken took on a partner and they rebranded.
